The 4 A’s of Stress Relief

Pressures come from every corner of our lives.  It could be from work, relationships, children, or just your average day to day schedule. The way we deal with stress determines the quality of our lives.

The 4 A’s of Stress Relief, Avoid, Alter, Accept, and Adapt, can help us manage these demanding moments in our lives.

Avoid:

Avoid situations that are breeding grounds for stressors. Planning your day can take an enormous weight off of your shoulders. Do have a presentation that needs a few last minute touch ups?
